Question: Can this be used to cover a small pool?
Answer: If the dimensions of the small pool are smaller than those of the tarp then I would suspect it would.

Question: Is the advertised dimensions also the finished dimensions?
Answer: Yes, it is the finished dimension. This is larger than others.

Question: Does this tarp have grommets on all 4 sides?
Answer: Yes. About every 20 inches. This tarp is very heavy duty, quite thick, and very worthy of your consideration. Certainly not the typical blue tarp material which is much thinner. Pictures show grommets.

Question: What the thickness are these tarpaulins? Is it durable? The tarpaulins I bought before was torn soon.
Answer: They are 16mil, very thick for any occasion.
